Launch Your Career in Early Childhood Education
Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs) play an important role in supporting the development, learning, and well-being of young children in early learning environments. They work alongside Early Childhood Educators and teachers to create safe, engaging, and nurturing environments that help children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills during their formative years.
The Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) Program at Hart College provides students with practical training in child development, communication, observation skills, and play-based learning strategies.
