Be confidently prepared for any emergency with basic and advanced life-saving classes from Hart College of Cardiac Sonography & Health Care Inc. in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We provide group training sessions at our campus in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada for CPR A, C, emergency First Aid with CPR level A, C, Standard First Aid with CPR level A, C, and Recertification.

Our interactive, hands on courses will meet your employer’s objective when it comes to first aid and CPR certification by the Canadian Red Cross, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

There are 4 Levels of CPR which includes Level A, B, C and BLS.training those in the medical field.

CPR Level BLS

Level BLS course is for professional responders and healthcare professionals, which requires more advanced life support skills.

The course provides healthcare providers with skills to respond to medical emergencies (e.g., doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals).

CPR Level BLS includes the following courses from the Red cross, Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Course – Valid for 1 year

Standard First Aid and CPR Level BLS – Valid for 3 years
Cost: TBD
Duration: 14 hours

ACLS

The advanced cardiovascular life support course prepares you for a real-life cardiac related emergency, learn how to function with team management of a cardiac arrest, identifying cardiopulmonary arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, acute coronary symptoms. Learn the dynamics, communication and systems of care, immediate post-cardiac arrest care, airway management, pharmacology, with interactive group discussions, skills stations with hands on learning to refine abilities before final testing.

ACLS prerequisites before you enroll:
Current Heart & Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certificate from the Heart and Stroke Foundation
ACLS pre-course self assessment certificate with passing score of 70%.

ACLS Provider Certificate Valid for 2 years

Duration: 14 hours of traditional in classroom training and 10 hours of mixed classroom and self paced online training

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider Manual: RE5610E (print or ebook) and 2020 handbook of Emergency Cardiovascular Care for Healthcare Providers; RE0130 E (print only)

Refund Policy: Once you have enrolled in class, you may request a refund by emailing info@hartcollege.ca. All fees for classes are refundable, or you may reschedule your class start date up to 4 hours before class begins. There are no refunds for “no shows” or for cancellations within 4 hours of scheduled class. Please reschedule your class if you can not attend at least 4 hours before class begins or you will not be able to get a refund or reschedule your class start date.
